Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Safeguarding & Protection from Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all residents and have a zero-tolerance policy toward sexual abuse, exploitation, harassment, or trafficking in any form.
Although our accommodation primarily serves adults, we recognise that young people and international students may be vulnerable to harm. We implement safeguarding measures to help prevent abuse and to ensure concerns can be raised and addressed appropriately.
Our standards include:
- Staff safeguarding awareness training
- Clear procedures for recognising and reporting concerns
- Secure building access and on-site support teams
- Escalation of safeguarding issues to appropriate authorities and specialist services when required
We are committed to acting responsibly, supporting those affected, and continuously improving our safeguarding practices in line with UK legislation and recognised good practice.
